Key responsibilities:

• - To organize shop floor
• - Ensure parts are in good condition before starting work process
• - Ensure process flow smoothly
• - Supervise general workers and their work rate
• - Able to lead training and coaching of the team member, to motivate them and sometimes be the bad guy
• - Manage and handle daily production inventory, stock, work and schedule
• - Work with management or related departments to plan for the production schedule
• - Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end of finishing product

• - Have knowledge in Sheet metal drawing / surface finishing experience

• - Do inspection of finished goods and verification of parts
• - Keep and file of quality records
• - Perform machine buy-off activity prior production process the parts
• - Perform QA inspection, follow through company’s procedure and ensure adherence to product quality standards
• - Generates inspection and non-conformance reports as necessary
• - Ensure operation operates in a secured environment to safeguard confidential information
• - Assist Quality Assurance Manager in the development of corrective action plans including corrective actions, preventive actions and effectiveness checks to address observations/ findings
• - Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

- Know how to set up silkscreen equipment

Requirements:

• - Able to read and interpret drawings
• - Able to use basic measuring equipment
• - Training will be provided and also safety briefing prior to start job

• - To setup and operate of manual machine
• - To know how to operate CNC Machine/Milling Machine and Bend Saw
• - Prepare and load raw material on machine

Reqiurements:

• - Able to use basic measuring equipment
• - Able to read and interpret drawings on dimension and tolerance
• - Require minimal supervision and good team player
• - Training will be provided and also safety briefing prior to start job

Key responsibilities:

• - Understand how to setup painting system or powder coating system
• - Able to apply Primer Coating on metals
• - Able to differentiate color by name or code (we have data for easy reference)
• - Will be standing in booth to do coating
• - Ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and standards
• - Maintain and up-keep assigned work stations and areas
• - And all other job assigned
